Here is the best website for the Gdansk Public Transport information: trojmiasto.jakdojade.pl. It works in all major cities in Poland.
This service offers you the English interface, so you will be able to find Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, but you wind find a train station using English language, just type in Dworzec Glowny, which mean Main Station.
